Music

Through music we can praise and worship God, whether through majesty of the traditional hymns or joyful contemporary praise songs.  The blending of these two styles of worship music bring the generations together to praise and exult the Lord! 

Prayer

At the Danby Community Church, we believe prayer is the essential first step before beginning any ministry, be it discipleship within the church or reaching out to the community.  Jesus Christ is the cornerstone of the Christian Church.   Believers form the walls, and prayer is the mortar that strengthens and maintains the entire structure.

Opportunities for prayer include the Sunday morning and Wednesday evening worship services and the Sweet Hour of Prayer Time on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5pm - 6pm and  Saturdays from 8am - 9am.

Another opportunity for prayer is our email prayer chain.  Volunteers on our prayer chain are forwarded prayer requests which we receive by email or by phone.
